Cancellation policy

Perla Coffee Club Subscription

Your subscription is billed monthly, with monthly coffee deliveries. Each monthly payment covers 60 coffee capsules. It continues after 12 months unless you cancel.

Cancellation requests

To request cancellation, email info@caffeditalia.co.uk at least 3 days before your next scheduled payment.

Once your cancellation takes effect, you will no longer receive monthly capsule deliveries or be charged for future deliveries.

Cancelling before 12 months

If you cancel before completing 12 months, you must return the coffee machine. We will send you a QR code for free return shipping. Send the machine back within 14 days after we send you the QR code. If you do not return the machine, you will be charged £78 for the coffee machine.

After 12 months

After completing 12 months, you can keep the coffee machine without any additional charge for it. Your monthly subscription continues until you cancel.
