How it works

Perla Coffee Club: Cancellation Policy
Minimum term: 12 months, at £22.80 per month. It includes one Perla coffee machine and 60 capsules per month.
Cancelling before 12 months
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before completing 12 months:
- We'll email you a prepaid return label. Please return the machine within 7 days of receiving it, in perfect working condition.
- Billing stops once we receive the machine. You only pay for the month in progress.
- If the machine is not returned within 7 days, or arrives damaged or not working, a charge of £78 will be applied.
- Capsules already delivered are yours to keep.
After 12 months
Your plan continues month to month at £22.80. Cancel any time, no machine return needed. Let us know before your next billing date and your following delivery won't be sent.
